Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy explains when charges occur, what is refundable, and how to cancel your subscription.

When charges occur

• Evaluation: Your clinician evaluation is completely free.
• Payment: Payment is collected at checkout. If approved, your vial ships. Semaglutide 12.5mg vial ($500) or Tirzepatide 60mg vial ($800). Each purchase covers evaluation, medication, and shipping.

Refunds

• If a clinician does not approve treatment, you receive a full refund.
• Once medication has been dispensed or shipped, it is generally non-refundable by law.

Shipping issues

• If a shipment is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will coordinate with the pharmacy on a resolution.
